Refund policy
At WAKE, we stand behind the quality of our energy pouches. However, because our products are consumables, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety and integrity of our inventory.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or flavor preferences. Once a package has left our facility, we cannot verify its contents, and therefore cannot restock or resell it.
Defective or Damaged Products
The only exception to our "All Sales Final" policy is for products that arrive defective or damaged. If your order was damaged during transit or if you believe the product is defective, we want to make it right.
To report a defective or damaged product:

Contact us via email at contact@epgbrands.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your Order Number in the subject line.

Provide a brief description of the issue and attach clear photos of the damage or defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your email and inspect the evidence of the defect, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or a replacement shipment will be dispatched at no additional cost to you.
